I was recently running a 90-Minute Meeting with a prospective client when they casually dropped this line:
“We’ve been self-inflicting EOS for a while now…”
And I thought – YES! That’s exactly what most people do when they try to self-implement EOS.
They don’t implement it.
They inflict it – on themselves, on their team, & on their results.
What does self-inflicting look like?

It’s a bit like making a pavlova by throwing together sugar, egg whites & cream… but skipping the slow bake, structure & method.
