Last week, I sat in on a Level 10 meeting.
Scorecard? Off track
Rocks? Off track
To-do’s? Off track again
What shocked me wasn’t the red. It was that no one batted an eyelid.
Just a quick read-through, then straight on to the next agenda item.
It’s something I see far too often.
Leadership Teams say they want Traction, but their meetings have become a box-ticking exercise, not a decision-making engine.
The Scorecard is just numbers on a screen. Rocks are for show. To-do’s are optional.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
That’s not leadership. That’s tolerance.
And it quietly erodes your culture & performance.
The teams that get real Traction? They make a big deal out of red.
Not to blame, but to solve.
They drop every off-track item into the Issues List & IDS it – every time.
No exceptions.
It’s not complicated. It just takes one person to draw the line.
So, the real question is this:
Have your Level 10s become a box-ticking exercise?
Or are you using them as they’re intended – to stay focused, solve real issues, & drive accountability?

Founded by Simone Pajel, who transitioned from a business analyst and tech specialist to a full-time virtual assistant during the 2020 pandemic, Your Workforce Online was born out of firsthand experience with the challenges of delegation and burnout. Simone recognised the need for a managed VA service that goes beyond simple task outsourcing – one that builds genuine partnerships and helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses with confidence.
