The Two Questions I Chose Last Week
1. What is on my bucket list?
This one was fun & energising. I listed adventures, experiences & dreams I had either parked for “someday” or never admitted out loud. It reminded me that clarity is not only about solving problems. It is also about reconnecting with joy & possibility.
2. Where is my soul in this decision?
This one scared me. It forced me to stop & really consider where I might be making choices with my head or my habits, but not with my heart. It asked me to notice what part of me was missing in some of my decisions. That was uncomfortable, but powerful.
Why This Practice Matters
Here is what I am learning from making this a weekly ritual:
- Starting with a brain-dump clears the static.
- The easy questions build confidence & momentum.
- The scary ones uncover the blind spots you have been avoiding.
- Choosing your cycle keeps the questions relevant.
- Doing this weekly creates momentum & consistency.
For me, the chamber has become my pressure cooker for clarity. For you, it might be a walk, a quiet café, or even just shutting the door for an hour. What matters is that you give yourself the space.
An Invitation
If you are curious, I highly recommend grabbing a copy of The Clarity Field Guide & trying it for yourself.
This week, pick your cycle. Then choose two questions:
- One that feels light, fun, or energising
- One that makes your stomach flip
Start with a brain-dump. Then give yourself 15–20 minutes for each. Do not censor yourself. Just see what comes up.
Clarity is not about perfect answers. It is about making space for the questions that matter.

Something a Little Different… Connection Outside the Chamber
Speaking of making space for what matters… sometimes clarity comes not from solitude, but from conversation.
While solitude helps us find focus, connection helps us stay grounded.
Some of my biggest moments of clarity haven’t come sitting quietly with a notebook, but in conversation – over coffee, wine, or a cheeky cocktail – with people who understand the same challenges, hopes & chaos that come with running a business.
That’s exactly why Adam Harris & I are hosting an evening of Drinks, Nibbles, & Networking on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, at our Melbourne space.
It’s not a “networking event” in the usual sense. No awkward intros. No forced elevator pitches. Just genuine conversations with interesting people who get what it’s like to lead, grow & juggle it all.
There’ll be good food, great company, & yes – my signature Espresso Martinis (because clarity can come with caffeine & a splash of vodka).
If that sounds like your kind of evening, I’d love for you to join us.
