Here’s this week’s business tip, life hack & find of the week… And don’t forget the inspirational quote, which you can download as a screensaver for your phone.
If you find great things that you’d like to share then feel free to email me for inclusion in one of my weekly newsletters.
One of my clients’ favourite EOS tools is the Level 10 Meeting.
Although everyone hates it at first, they very quickly grow to love it & easy it changes their business & meetings forever.
Once you’re up and running with Level 10 Meetings throughout your company, you’ll see a significant improvement in your communication, accountability, and results. Everyone will become more aware of what everyone else is doing. By practising the Issues Solving Track, you’ll solve issues quickly—once and for all, so they never reappear

The benefits of journaling are well documented. Just googling it you can see many articles & up to 83 benefits listed.
The Huffington Post nails the Top 10 nicely here, with my 3 favourites being achieving goals, strengthening self-discipline & boosting memory & comprehension
However if you’re anything like me then you’ll find starting with a blank piece of paper is really hard.
And trying to maintain a habit can be even harder.
If you’re struggling to get started then I can highly recommend this journal
I first started using this a couple of years ago. What I liked about it was the structure & the simplicity of it – just a few things to write each morning & each evening.
As I have ‘matured’ into my journaling, I still need some structure & my go to planner now is the Panda Planner Pro.
The Panda Planner has been featured in all the top magazines. It gives a great balance between work & personal life & allows you freedom & creativity within a productive structure.
If you’re not keen on destroying trees for you planner but still like the feel of physically writing things into a journal / planner each day, but you also like the idea of your notes being in the cloud, then you can go the way I did – which is the Panda Rocketbook.
This planner combines all the benefits of the Panda Pro with the technology of Rocketbook. It uses innovative synthetic paper which allows you to write smoothly with a Pilot FriXion pen, then magically wipe your planner clean with a damp cloth to crush your life goals year after year after year after…
Plus your Rocketbook app scans & connects your notes to the cloud to digitally save & share your notes.
For those of you who have worked with me you will know that I LOVE whiteboards. My entire workshop space is filled with good, old fashioned whiteboards.
However, I also like to store everything in the cloud. In the past I used to photograph my whiteboard sessions with clients & then have it typed up.
Then I found these Rocketbook Beacons on Kickstarter.
A really simple idea – you place the 4 orange beacons around the edge of a whiteboard & you photograph it with their app.
It then uses OCR to recognise & translate the text & you can send it to your email or any of your cloud-based apps – Evernote, Dropbox, Onedrive etc.
It’s an electronic whiteboard without the cost, plus they’re portable so you can take them with you & use them on any whiteboard – great for when I am travelling, teaching EOS around NZ!
