About Me

Through Big Day Ltd, I’ve been an SME owner since 2001. We are a full-service event management company creating tailor-made events from concept to conclusion . I have extensive experience working with corporates and private customers across different industry sectors.

Prior to setting up Big Day Ltd, I worked in numerous corporate roles in a variety of sectors as well as sub-contract roles as an event manager. These collective experiences have added to a very bespoke toolbox of skills.

I bring a mix of creativity, logistics, operational and technical expertise to all the events I curate. The ability to create “something out of nothing” provides enormous fulfilment for me. The collaborations I have had with clients over the years have been fantastic- I love being able to create a narrative around what they want to share with others and then articulate that in a unique way.

Over time, as I’ve worked closely with my clients- I’ve observed that as they evolve in their professional capacity; a need to develop themselves as a person often arises. Becoming more authentic to themselves enables them to grow and lead their businesses better. I’ve noticed this evolution in myself as I have navigated many challenges and this is where Big Day Coach started.

My long-term fascination and curiosity around peoples thinking styles, behavioural patterns (both resourceful and unresourceful) and the impact those have on their lives; has grown over time and has led me into self- leadership coaching. I love being able to connect the dots between my business experiences, personal journeys and my coaching facilitation. I love working collaboratively with clients to unpack their “map” – discovering their strengths and stretches, their inner narratives and helping them work towards the version of themselves that they envisage.

I am grateful and honoured to be part of a person’s journey of personal and professional growth.

I was looking for something life changing, and that’s certainly what Nina at Big Day Coach delivered. After a tumultuous five years that involved a divorce and court case, losing my job over COVID, my mother’s sudden death, buying and selling a business, cancer and more, it was an understatement to say I was stuck in a spiral not knowing how to move forward in a way that was right for me.
